FEATURES: This is a returning customer; his second large IntegraSpec home built to the rafters. It’s built on a nice country setting of 40+ acres. IntegraSpec 9ft. finished basement (with extra large cold room storage) and above grade walls (including garage) all built to the rafters with IntegraSpec ICF.
BENEFITS: IntegraSpec ICF basement to roof, radiant concrete floor heating (basement and garage), Also, an oversized IntegraSpec garage with high ceiling to accommodate a hoist for car and light truck for his mechanic hobby. Client wanted the energy efficiency, healthy and quiet indoor living environment as in his first IntegraSpec home.
